User password needed

I have Ubuntu 20.04 and I am trying to install Nautilus but I keep getting asked for my password.As I am the only one that uses this PC I dont have a password.When I was installing Ubuntu and I came to the enter password part I just hir enter.So,how do I get past this password thing ?
