Lost Ubuntu Store purchases

Hi,

I haven't actively used my Ubuntu One account for a loooooooong time. When I sign in via SSO to the Ubuntu Software Centre and Ubuntu forums using my Ubuntu One account, all my purchases are gone .

Also my username has changed from glenp to glenp2.

Can someone please explain what happened?
