What are great ways to save battery power after installing Ubuntu for the first

If I search the web for Ubuntu and battery consumption, I always run into the following recommendations posted between (2010 - 2020):

Install TLP
Install PowerTop alongside TLP
Dim Screen brightness
Disable Bluetooth if not in use.
Use another desktop environment (haven't tried this yet)
Change Power Settings to Power Savings

Following some of these steps did help a bit.

i have a few questions:

I sometimes find people saying to use PowerTop and TLP, and others say not use them both at the time. What's the right answer?
For some reason it takes 10 to 15 mins for Ubuntu to calculate the remaining battery power. At some point I get the percentage but if I click it says: "Estimating...". Eventually I get the remaining time. Is there a way to fix this?
Is installing TLP enough, or do I need to set it up for it to work better? I've also made sure it starts when I boot up my computer.
Are there any other recommendations I should consider for saving battery power? I'm pretty sure Ubuntu 22.04 doesn't come with these optimizations out of the box.

Thanks! Oh I'll share my computer specs, just in case it helps:
