Clearing cookies...

Hello.

Trying to find how to clear cookies or other doubts, find very often the "?" is good for nothing.
Following a random web result for instructions, does not match my screen when selecting the 3 horizontal lines as in the image below. What is the magic ? Where is "Preferences" ? Used to be there before 22.04.

To capture the screen image; now found ! is the "print screen" key, which does not ask where to save the image or where it is and gets lost in limbo if I want it on a folder or desktop. It is supposed to be in the clipboard, but cannot paste it to this message; has to be selected from a folder. Then has to be searched perhaps in "Downloads" without being a 'download'
Is there some intention on making things more complex, difficult, frustrating now ?
