Trying to create USB bootable with Rufus

I downloaded Rufus and the current Ubuntu ISO. When I run Rufus, this is what I get. Per Ubuntu's tutorial, the Ubuntu ISO should show in the boot selection menu. "Start" is inactive.

USB shows in Explorer as both USB Drive E: and DVD Drive F: Ubuntu...
