Bluetooth not working.

Hi
I am new to Ubuntu. I had a few installations before with no big problems. I installed 20.04 i had a bit unstable Bluetooth connecton so i swich to piplewire that didn't work at all so i reinstaled whole think, since that i can't get it work at all. i upgraded to 20.10 still not luck !? Can someone point me in the right direction on how to solve this problem, please?
