Symptoms

• Email notifications are received too often with the following message:

The threshold of Apache & PHP-FPM memory usage has been exceeded

• The Monitoring section shows plenty of free or cached memory available.

Cause
Apache & PHP-FPM threshold is set too low.

Solution

• Log into Plesk.
• Go to Monitoring > Settings > Thresholds.
• Set a higher percentage/size under Apache & PHP-FPM memory usage.
• Click Apply.

Alternatively Monitoring email notifications can be turned off altogether.
