ASP.NET Settings menu is not accessible for Plesk customers/resellers after update to 18.0.52: 404 Page Not Found
Symptoms
ASP.NET Settings menu cannot be opened by a customer/reseller after update to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.52:

Cause
Bug with ID PPPM-13979 which was fixed in Plesk Obsidian 18.0.52 #2.

Resolution
Install the latest Plesk updates.
