SSO: new account instead of old one; probably an e-mail address mismatch

I tried to convert my old account with username

lckarssen However, I ended up with a new user name. From reading the help pages on this forum, I gather I have a e-mail address mismatch between the forum and the Ubuntu One service. Unfortunately, I don't remember which e-mail address I used when registering for the forum.

Could you please help me out? Thanks!
