New Account After First SSO Login (Long Absence)

Greetings! It's been quite some time since I was here on the forums but I came needing to change a password and encountered the SSO login process for the first time. I followed the steps but the email address attached to my original username is no longer in existence and I ended up with this newly created account instead of attaching to my old account. What can I do to get re-associated with my original account? Thanks in advance!
