Installation of numpy in code

Hi there,
After all i decided learn python. Just installed vscode to my machine. After testing functionality did some code. Then decided to use numpy libraries. From the recipe tested some commands from bash terminal. Now numpy libraries working clear but i am not sure which commands are crucial for usage. Can you explain how to install numpy and use in vscode LTS 24.0.4.2
Such that my confusion will be cleared
