No response to name change request - Delete account

I posted a request on Sept. 22, 2022 to change my username. I have not received a response to that request and nothing has changed. Therefore, I feel that I have no other options but to ask that my account be deleted and made anonymous. Once that is done, I will sign up for a new account and start over. I'm still not sure when/how my username became my actual real name instead of something anonymous.
