Are there backdoors in *ubuntu's ? and other linux distributions?

Why ask such a strange question, ..because people can't say yes or no so far,
plus a few other reasons.

(Maybe it exists but because it has to exist for some deep reason
which can't be remotely discussed anywhere without taking some risk.)
