SuperTuxKart problem.

I had to reinstall Xubuntu a couple weeks ago. Install went fine. Installed STK with no errors. But, when entering the game, it tells me that I have no internet or a firewall is blocking the game. I have tried reinstalling several times both from Synaptic and Snap. Keep coming up with the same problem. I would really like to get some of my favorite tracks back!

This is a wired internet connection and obviously I had internet to d-l and install the game multiple times.
