Redo Backup not being seen at boot

Hi all, I have a new System76, Serval with Ubuntu 16.04 LTS. I normally create a full disk clone image with Clonezilla. When I boot my System76 Serval with a Clonezilla LiveUSB, I press F7 and my computer will see and recognize the Clonezilla LiveUSB with no problems. However, when I use a LiveUSB of Redo Backup and press F7, the laptop doesn't recognize or see the LIveUSB. The Redo USB isn't listed in boot up options. Any suggestions on what I should look at to resolve this? Thank you.
