File system supported

Hello.
I'm an AOSP developer and
I want to work on Windows, macOS, and Ubuntu.
Which file system can I use to initialize the hard disk that supports all three operating systems and also supports Android development?
(I assume Android development requires a file system that distinguishes between capital letters)
