On my laptop Dell Inspiron 3793 I have a loop due to RTL810xE PCI Express Ethernet controller

problem with both kernels 6.2.0-18 and 6.2.0-19

Edit: bug 2015540 is invalid, i blamed gnome shell but the problem is a kernel loop.
