2 Quick Software Change Questions For 23.04?

A week before final release, I notice that 1-steam installer still has conflicts and won't install and 2- telegram-desktop is absent from the main repo.

Just wondering - Are they being ported to Snap? Or am I over-reacting and need to sit still, as there are there still lots of evolutions going on in the repo prior to release?
