.vtt subs do not appear on MPV ....

... although they show as loaded when I click on "v" and "j" keys so it is present and apparently seen but no text on the screen (it all shows up perfectly on VLC with same vtt file)

Note that the directories


'/var/lib/flatpak/exports/share'
'/home/shan/.local/share/flatpak/exports/share'


are not in the search path set by the XDG_DATA_DIRS environment variable, so
applications installed by Flatpak may not appear on your desktop until the
session is restarted.
