Upgrading Ubuntu on Dell Precision 5470

Hello,

I've installed Ubuntu 20.04.6 LTS on my Dell Precision 5470 which works perfectly with the internal webcam and audio. I'm being prompted to upgrade to the newer LTS build, but before I do I wanted to ask the following:


If I upgrade, will my drivers stay in place?
If not, how do I ensure my drivers will work with the newer builds?


Any help will be appreciated.
