How to use a new email and password

Hi,
I currently log into the forum via SSO. My access is linked to an email that gives me many problems and I have decided to replace it with a new one.
I am not interested to log in via SSO and would like to log in with username and password only.
Have already changed my email several times and saved the settings, but I have never received an email to confirm my new credentials.
How can I solve?
