Unable to sign into previously created account after SSO upgrade

Hello - I went to try and sign into my legacy Ubuntu Forums account today and convert my account and I found out I had accidentally created a new forums account back in 2018! D:

My current SSO preferred email is pointing to the email addy I used when I registered madscientist032 way back in 2007.
