trying Ubuntu again...since 2004 :-)

Hello,
I've been away from the linux space for a long time, but heard good developments over the years! Even Thinkpads are shipped with Ubuntu now!
However, I've been using Notion app (notion.so) and Nicehash a lot. I wondering if these can be use in Ubuntu as they don't natively have linux support.
