Locking Up

I switched to Ubuntu from Raspberry Pi OS doe to RPIOS locking up randomly and requiring a reboot, now I find Ubuntu is doing the same thing though much less frequently

The common thing between the two is I'm using Chromium Browser when it locks, is this a Raspberry Pi hardware thing or an issue with the OSes or the Chromium Browser?

I have switched to Firefox and o far have not had as many issues than with Chromium
