Libre Office 7.3.6.2 issue ...

Libre Office in the upgrade to Ubuntu 22.04 is Libre Office 7.3.6.2
One thing I miss is the indicator turning RED when my Writer file changes and needs saving.
But with Libre Office 7.3.6.2, its always GREEN and doesn't indicate in RED like the Libre Office I had with Ubuntu 20.04.

Has anyone notice this?
