Pointing arrow changed to a hand...

Hello.
This should be simple; seems Firefox forced its way-in to update and the 'arrow' pointer from the mouse now changed to a 'hand' when hovering a link.
Where do I find the setting to use the arrow as-it-was only ? What is the setting called ?
