Download software from third party repository without source list

Is it possible to download software from third party repository without adding repository to a source list. My intention is to install some particular version of the software from the third party repository, but first to scan this software with VirusTotal. I also want to check the signature, and because this signature is not provided separately I want to use apt to do it for me.



For example if I want to install new version of double commander I have an option to download deb,but there is not signature check. There is also a possibility to add repository, but then I will get all updates destructed with repository and that I don't want because I'm too paranoid.
