1.Connect to the server via SSH
2.Add CGI bin directory:

# plesk bin settings --set force_separate_cgi_bin_dir=true

3.Set webspace root for domain:

# plesk bin site -u example.com -cgi-mode webspace

Check force_separate_cgi_bin_dir status:

# plesk db "select * from misc where param='force_separate_cgi_bin_dir';"

Check domain's parameters:
