Jammy Jellyfish glitched out on update, now I can't save things from browser

I was updated my laptop to Jammy Jellyfish, when it claimed there was an error, and now a few things happen:

1.) A good number of apps don't work.

2.) I can't download from upload storage services anymore.

3.) When I save images outside of upload storage services, it get save to whatever this shadowrealm is instead of my Downloads folder: https://files.catbox.moe/2l8s50.png

Please help.
