Unable to open the Subscriptions page in Plesk: Call to a member function getDescription() on null
Symptoms

• On an attempt to open the Subscriptions menu via Plesk the following error appears:

Error: Call to a member function getDescription() on null (Subscriptions.php:231)

• When logged in as a customer, the WordPress menu is missing:

Cause
The issue was confirmed as a bug with ID EXTWPTOOLK-10567. The fix is available in WP Toolkit version 6.2.4

Resolution
Update WordPress Toolkit to the latest version by following the instructions here.
