FTP account creation or password reset timeouts

Symptoms
  • An attempt to create an additional FTP account or reset an FTP user password keeps loading and does not complete.
Cause
The Plesk Bug PPPM-14064: "Timeout when creating FTP account".

Fixed in:

  • Plesk Obsidian 18.0.54 18 July 2023 (Linux)
