special file manager plus special launch / info panels

i think Unity is nice
but file manager with panel in it
which reacts on LMK (left mouse key), MMK (middle ~) RMK (right ~) is sufficent if
there will be panels with info on it
or with run software buttons
that appear depending on context
or certain windows.

So special file manager plus special launch / info panels is sufficent environment for me.

But how to realize it?
