SSO Created New Account

Hi,

After logging in after a long time (years), this new account (mlsmith2) was created instead of logging me in as mlsmith. My old profile page is https://ubuntuforums.org/member.php?u=1034959. Please note that I tried making my preferred email in SSO an older email address before logging into the forums but that didn't seem to help. I think the email address used years ago in the old forum was different from even my oldest email address in SSO. As you'll see, I joined back in 2010 and likely don't have access to the email account I used back then. If it would help, I could provide some potential email addresses that I did use in the past, but they are not currently set up in SSO to confirm.

Please let me know if you need any other additional identifying information. I also have a Launchpad account that I created in 2008 with the same username. I can make a change to that if that would help confirm it's me?
