Lastest Vulkan version for my AMD

I have many questions about Vulkan...
Is there "versions", like Metal in macOS or DirectX in Windows?
If yes, what do I have to do to get the latest?

Another thing, how can I keep it updated, using any PPA?

Other thing: Are there versions exclusively for some video cards?
Mine is a Radeon "Renoir" integrated from my AMD processor (Ryzen 7 PRO 450GE)

Forgive me if it's a too noob question, I am a new but very curious user of Ubuntu's gaming
