Font substitues are set back to defaults

I am running WINE v6.0.1 on ubuntu 20.04.3 with the latest updates. I would like to replace the font Tahoma with FreeMono or any other font that has Greek characters. So, I run regedir.exe and under HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\WindowsNT\Cu rrentVersion\FontSubstitues I replace entries "MS Shell Dlg" and "MS Shell Dlg 2" from Tahome to FreeMono or DejaVu Sans Monno. For a while everything is fine, but then entry "MS Shell Dlg" is set back to Tahoma. It happens after a few minutes, or after I reboot the PC.

Any ideas on what causes the replacement? Is there another way to configure wine to have Greek language on Dialog boxes?
