Slow d/l speeds on Kernel 6.2.0-26

Updated to kernel 6.2.0-26 and did a speedtest. 16mbits/sec
While kernel 5.19.0-50 is fine. 540mbits/sec
While kernel 5.15.0-78 is fine. 538mbits/sec
Uploads were unaffected.

As 5.19 is coming to end of suport life I installed and made active 5.15.0-78-generic #85-Ubuntu SMP and it works fine and supported to 2027.

So anyone have any suggestions?
