Software Store??

Have installed 20.04, and notice that the applications are found in UBUNTU SOFTWARE, however I've read that this is now replaced by the SNAP store! So how come
the SNAP store is not installed (forgetting the pros and cons of the two repositories.

Is anything wrong / missing or will it arrive in God's good time?
