Deleting a file/folder without being prompted "if I'm sure?"

Ubnuntu 20.04 LTS using Unity environment.

As I have no programming knowledge, I posted this here.

Curious if there is a way to right click on a file/folder and select "delete" without system asking "are you sure you want to permanently delete" said file/folder.

Perhaps someone could tell me what to type into terminal to change my environment so it would allow this.
