WIndows 10 repair loop after dual booting Ubuntu 22.04

I recently installed Ubuntu 22.04 alongside Windows 10 and am currently unable to boot into Windows. Immediately after installing Ubuntu, I swapped over to check on Windows. I had no issue loading in at first, but noticed some Windows apps would not open and others would just close. I restarted and that is where I was met with the repair loop that failed each time. I created a Windows repair USB and attempted to repair the startup, but failed. I also ran some quick, non-destructive commands like bootrec /scanos which could not find my Windows install.

While in Ubuntu I installed Boot-repair and ran the summary option

As suggested in the app, I am looking for help before attempting any repairs with Boot-repair. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
