GNOME Shell integration is running, native host connector is not detected

Hi Guys,

When I try using the gnome-shell extensions website but I seem to be getting this error when trying to install whether using Mozilla Firefox or Chrome:

Code Select Expand

Although GNOME Shell integration extension is running, native host connector is not detected. Refer documentation for instructions about installing connector.
Any ideas what I need to do to actually be able to install a Gnome Shell extension?
