Deploy Canonical Livepatch Onprem using Charmhub

We are new deploy Ubuntu kernel Live Patching service on our environment "Livepatch On-prem" and planning Livepatch in environment with internet access via proxy.

I'm searching for livepatch from the askubuntu.com forum, is it the same to deploy "Livepatch On-prem"?

May I know if credential web proxy authentication is supported to download patches?
If supported, will it encrypt passwords?
