Symptoms
Cannot access File Manager:

Internal error: Unable to find the directory E:\vhosts\example.com\: filemng failed: Unable to execute plesk_exec_with_response: Unable to start ("C:\Program Files (x86)\Parallels\Plesk\admin\bin\filemng.exe" example.com list dirs E:\vhosts\example.com\)<br> at Plesk impersonation(PipeServer::ServerThread::runAs line 752)<br> at (zif_plesk_exec_with_response line 1204)
Cause
Process filemng.exe cannot be started due to broken impersonation.

Resolution
Note: if you don't have administrative access to Plesk server via RDP, contact your hosting provider regarding the issue

1.Login to the server over RDP

2.Start Plesk Reconfigurator:

C:\> "%plesk_bin%\reconfigurator.exe"
3.Go to Repair Plesk installation > Plesk File Security , select Plesk Services and press Check.
