Symptoms

• Plesk license has expired or has been terminated.

• After a successful login to Plesk, the interface fails to load with one of the following errors:

• The URL of the failed page is from the Google Authenticator extension:

Cause
This is a Plesk bug with ID PPPM-14096.

Resolution

• Disable Google Authenticator temporary.
• Activate Plesk license.
• Enable Google Authenticator back.
