Symptoms

• Unable to create or edit an existing user role from Subscriptions > example.com > Users > User Roles or logged as the customer under Users > User Roles with the error:

500 Zend_Form_Exception
Message: Element name must be a string

• One or more applications was installed on the domain from the APS catalog at Domains > example.com > Install Application > More Apps.

Cause
Product issue:

• PPPM-14031 "Cannot view or edit subscription roles if APS application is installed on a domain"
