which 2016 mid range phone is best for Ubuntu phone?

I am looking to buy a new mid range phone and want to be able to use/ try Ubuntu phone.

I am looking at:

Motorola moto z
Lg v10
Asus zen phone 3
one plus 3

does any one have any ideas about these phones? I have looked but can't find anything!
