Update problem - docker

Machine: Beelink SER4 Ryzen 7 4700U
Ubuntu Jammy
Docker w Zoneminder

sudo apt-get update -- fails with "Failed to fetch https://download.docker.com/linux/ub...ists/InRelease
Cannot initiate the connection to download.docker.com:443 (etc)

Google has been no help. How about here?
