Is anyone actually monitoring the success of mainline kernel builds?

Just a simple question:
Is there a person responsible for monitoring the kernel builds at: https://kernel.ubuntu.com/~kernel-ppa/mainline ?
It is extremely unprofessional of Ubuntu as a company to have failed or incomplete kernel builds staged at the mainline website. In my opinion, this is perceived as a sign of incompetence and unprofessionalism.
