I can't scape from ubuntu.

I installed the latest version lts and for some reason unity gives the error that my license is not valid,
even though I couldn't even open the program,
I have installed and reinstalled both the system and the program and now I can't escape from ubuntu,
it doesn't work program to generate a usb boot,
I understand that you have to learn about linux and things like that but not having information about it or not having access to it is frustrating even
if you are willing to learn there is nowhere to start.

but back to the topic is there any solution to the fact that I can not boot?
I have tested with the terminal, even trying to install other programs to boot and nothing works.
