problematic microphone

hello! i have a problem with my microphone, it records everything that happens on my desktop, mainly i use discord, and when i open a video on yt, a song, anything that plays audio, people on discord hear it, i have tried adjusting the volume both in discord settings and on ubuntu, but unfortunately the problem remains, i think it is a driver problem? i am using a lenovo ideapad gaming 3 15ach6 (2021) family 17h/19h HD Audio controller i have installed ubuntu 23.04, i tried mint, i had the same problem
