Installation failure of 22.10, nvidia post install error

Installing 22.10 from daily build 9/12/22 and 9/13/22 fail in the post installation of the nvidia modules. Getting popup message;

Error Installing linux-modules-nvidia-390-5.15.0.27-generic

Post installation script subprocess return error exit status 1

Couldn't find the correct way to submit a 22.10 bug report.
